Meet Doug

Master Beekeeper. Mentor. Teacher.

Doug is a Certified Master Beekeeper through the University of Montana. He brings advanced training and hands-on experience to the care of every colony, mentors new beekeepers, and teaches beekeeping classes for all experience levels.

Lime Creek Bees and Honey is Doug and Tammy Zemler’s veteran-owned family beekeeping business.

Our bees live along Lime Creek near Fulda, Minnesota, where prairie blooms, farm fields, gardens, and creek-side plants create a changing wildflower nectar flow.

We believe good honey begins with attentive beekeeping. From inspecting the colonies to harvesting and bottling, we stay close to every step.
